My coaching sessions are goal-focused structured conversations with measurable outcomes that help coaching counterparts achieve their full potential at work. 

By linking individual concerns and aspirations with organisational agendas, the conversations serve to improve organisational effectiveness. Effective coaching drives new thinking and gets the counterpart to act on it.

Intercultural skills and working globally 

When people from different cultures collaborate, a lack of cultural awareness can result in misunderstandings and affect the performance of a team and organisation. I help to raise intercultural awareness and sensitivities, and how cultural differences impact workplace behaviour.

I equip participants with tools and approaches they can use to bridge differences and resolve misunderstandings.

Business communication skills

I help professionals to communicate clearly and with the right impact in essential situations when working globally. These include presentation skills, networking, building a rapport, writing emails to an international audience and managing meetings.
